OUT TO PASTURE, ALL YEAR ROUND
Our beef cows are raised on Jersey milk and pasture grass, with alfalfa for treats. Simple as that: it’s the diet cows were meant to eat. That makes for some very healthy beef. And Jerseys make some of the tenderest, tastiest beef there is.

Note: the weights given below are approximate averages only. Weight will vary from cow to cow.
The live weight is how much the cow weighs before slaughter. The hanging weight is how much it weighs after organs and other parts have been removed. The finished weight refers to the meat after it’s been cut and wrapped. We charge based on the hanging weight, plus processing fees.
