Chicken Class!

How to Care for Chicks

July 31, 5 to 7pm at the Ludeman's Farm & Garden Center

Do you like eggs? What about fresh, nutrient-dense eggs from your own chickens?

Keeping hens is a fun hobby, one that pays you back in really good food. And once you’re set up, it’s not hard, or time-consuming. If you’ve got a back yard – or even a little spot of ground on the side of your building – you can do it.

Come down to the Ludeman’s Farm & Garden Center (click for directions) on July 31st, from 5 to 7pm, to find out everything you need to get started on the right foot.

Come August, you’ll no longer need to resist temptation when you see a fluffy ball of feathers cheeping at you in the store. You’ll be ready for chicks!

  1. How much is the start up cost of having a chicken hobby? and do you have any online class? Thank you in advance.
